Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day period starts from the date your item is delivered to you. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including any tags, certificates, or other original materials.
Exceptions:
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.
Non-Defective Items: Returns for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility, including return shipping fees.
How to Initiate a Return

Submit a Return Request:
Visit our Return Request Portal within 30 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable). -
Return Approval:
Our team will review your return request within 2 business days and send you an email with instructions.
For defective items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
For non-defective items, we’ll provide the return address, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. -

Please securely package the item in the original packaging or use a sturdy box to avoid damage during transit.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return. Jewellax is not responsible for lost returns, so please keep the tracking number for reference.
Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees or return processing fees.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been damaged due to customer misuse, wear, or improper care.
Customized or personalized items, unless defective.
Late or Missing Returns
If a return is received after 30 days or without a valid return request, refunds may be delayed or denied.
Exceptions for Delayed Returns: If the return is delayed due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., postal service delays), please contact us for assistance.
